摘要
目的探讨p53、p73和p21WAF1基因在胆囊癌中的表达。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测48例胆囊癌、32例癌旁组织、20例正常胆囊组织p53、p73和p21WAF1蛋白的表达,分析p73和p21WAF1相互关系。结果48例胆囊癌中,p53、p73和p21WAF1蛋白阳性表达率分别为56.2%、52.1%和43.8%,均高于癌旁组织和正常组织(P<0.01)。胆囊癌中p73蛋白的表达与Nevin分期有关(P<0.05),p21WAF1蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移、Nevin分期有关(P<0.05)。结论p53、p73和p21WAF1基因在胆囊癌高表达,提示三者在胆囊癌发生发展中起重要作用。胆囊癌中p73与p21WAF1表达无相关性。
Objective To study the expression of p53,p73 and p21^WAF1 proteins in carcinoma of the gallbladder. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the proteins of p53, p73 and p21^WAF1 in 48 patients with carcinoma of the gallbladder, 32 cases with paratumor tissue and 20 normal gall bladde tissues. The relationship of p73 and p21^WAF1 expression was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of p53, p73 and p21^WAF1 in 48 patients with carcinoma of the gallbladder were 56.2%,52. 1% and 43. 8%, respectively, which were .significantly higher than those in the tumoradjacent tissues and normal gallbladder tissues (P〈0.01). The p73 protein was markedlly correlated to Nevin staging of the tumor (P〈0. 05). Meanwhile, p21^WAF1 was correlated to tumor lymph node metastasis and Nevin staging (P〈0. 05). No significant association was found between the expression of p73 and that of p21^WAF1. Conclusion p53, p73 and p21^WAF1 proteins are upregulated indicating that they may play an important role in carcinogensis of gallbladder carcinoma. There is no correlation in the expression of p73 and p21^WAF1 proteins in carcinoma of the gallbladder.
