人类因为有文化而变得更加文明和进步,因为喜爱艺术而使自己的精神境界变得更加完美和高尚。艺术属于一种精神文化,同时它与物质文化既有联系又有区别,而超功利性则是它的一个主要特征,从本质上讲,它属于人类的一种文化现象。本文着重从文化与艺术的概念和体系的发生,及其之间所存在的必然联系进行了系统的研究论述。

The human beings with culture are becoming more civilized and progressive;with their loving art their mental horizons are becoming more and more perfect and noble.Art is one kind of spiritual culture.It has a close relationship with material culture and also has a distinction from it.Moreover,Ultra-Utilitarianism is one major characteristics of art;in essence art is one cultural phenomenon.The paper gives a systematic study on the concepts of art and culture,the appearance of their systems and the inevitable relationship between them.
