摘要 义齿软衬材料是一类应用于义齿基托组织面。固化后具有一定弹性的义齿衬垫材料。它可以缓冲冲击性咬合力减轻或消除压痛,并可提高义齿基托与牙槽嵴的密合性,改善义齿的固位。由于其独特的理化性能,可在基托与牙槽嵴之间起缓冲垫的作用,对牙槽嵴严重萎缩的全口义齿修复尤为适用。软衬材料的性能受多种因素的影响而改变,从而影响到软衬材料功能的发挥。本文就义齿软衬材料的黏结强度、吸水性和溶解性、微生物黏附、抗老化等主要理化性能进行分析探讨与义齿软衬材料理化性能有关的影响因素,进一步改进软衬材料的理化性能,以便义齿软衬材料功能更好的发挥。 Soft liner materials for denture are applied on the surface of denture base, and present elasticity after solidification. These materials ameliorate the impacted biting force, and relieve or eliminate the tenderness. Moreover, they can gather denture base with alveolar crest closely, and improve dentural retention. Due to the specific physico-chemical properties, soft liner materials play an amortization role between denture base and alveolar crest, and are applicable to the complete denture restoration in patients with serious depauperation of alveolar crest. The properties of soft liner materials vary with different factors, thus affecting the exertion of function. The aim of this paper is to analyze the bonding strength, hydroscopicity and dissolubility, micro-organism attachment, together with aging resistance of soft liner materials, besides, to investigate the influential factors on the physico-chemical properties of soft liner materials for denture, further modify their properties and exert better functions.
