重组合异种骨材料修复颌骨囊肿术后骨缺损

Reconstituted bone xenograft for the repair of bone defects in patients with mandibular cyst

试验拟观察重组合异种骨修复颌骨囊肿术后骨缺损修复材料与宿主的生物相容性反应及修复效果。选择2005-07／2006-12本科收治的颌骨囊肿患者共28例，男16例，女12例，下颌骨囊肿18例，上颌骨囊肿10例。将重组合异种骨植入颌骨囊肿术后的骨缺损部位。28例患者均获得12个月随访。全部患者未见明显全身反应，相关免疫学检测无明显异常，所有患者术后3-6个月均有重组合异种骨降解和骨替代现象发生。

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of reconstituted bone xenograft （RBX） on the repair of bone defect in mandibular cyst patients, and observe the biocompatibility between RBX and host. Twenty-eight mandibular cyst patients, including 16 males and 12 females, were enrolled from the Department of Stomatology in the First People＇s Hospital of Guilin between July 2005 and December 2006. There were 18 cases with inferior mandibular cyst and 10 cases with superior mandibular cyst. They were treated with the RBX implantation into the bone defect sites. All of 28 patients received 12-month follow ups. No obvious systemic reaction was found, and no abnormality was detected by immunology. At months 3-6 postoperatively, RBX degradation and bone substitute occurred in all patients.
