灯盏花素脂质体肺部给药对急性肺损伤大鼠组织因子作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨灯盏花素脂质体(breviscapine liposomes)肺部给药在内毒素(LPS)致急性肺损伤(ALI)大鼠组织因子(TF)的作用.方法随机将雄性SD大鼠48只分为生理盐水组、灯盏花素脂质体组、ALI模型组和灯盏花素脂质体干预组,分别检测各组肺组织损伤指标,应用蛋白质的Western印迹分析TF在肺组织的表达水平.结果灯盏花素脂质体干预组大鼠肺组织损伤的各项指标减轻,TF在肺组织的表达水平明显降低.结论灯盏花素脂质体肺部给药能够抑制肺组织TF的产生,减轻LPS致大鼠ALI的损伤程度. Objective To investigate the effects of breviscapine liposomes on the expression of protein TF in acute lung injury rats induced by lipopolysacchride. Methods Healthy adult SD rats were randomly divided into control groups, breviscapine liposomes groups, lipopolysaccharide groups, breviscapine liposomes +lipopolysaccharide groupes, the changes of lung W/D ratio and lung MPO activity were measured, total protein concentration in BALF and the expression of protein TF in the lung tissue were measured. Results Compared with LPS group, the lung injury was evidently ameliorated in breviscapine liposomes + lipopolysaccharide group, the lung W/D ratio was evidently lower, lung MPO activity and total protein concentration in BALF were also evidently lower, the expression of protein TF in the lung tissue was marked lower also. Conclusion Pulmonary delivery of breviscapine liposomes can ameliorate the change of ALI and inhibit the expression of protein TF in the lung.
