云南省农村乡镇卫生院人力资源现状调查

Analysis of Manpower Resource in Township Health Centers in Yunnan Province

目的了解云南省农村乡镇卫生院人力资源情况,为政府卫生行政部门合理配置卫生人力资源提供参考.方法对2006年云南省农村乡镇卫生院进行分层随机整群抽样调查.从整体上对样本地区乡镇卫生院的人员类别、年龄结构、学历和职称构成情况进行分析.结果云南省农村乡镇卫生院人员类别配置欠佳,人员年龄分布不合理,人员素质总体偏低.结论采取有效措施培训和引进人才,提高卫技人员素质和能力.

Objective Through learning allocation of manpower resource in township health centers to supply references for health administrative department to rationally allocate health manpower resource. Methods We investigated the lamination stochastic group sampling and descriptively analyzed the size of manpower composition and major composition in township health centers in 2006 in Yunnan province. Results The manpower resource in township health centers was not enough, and unreasonable distribution of the age, the whole quality of lower. Conclusion The manpower resource in township health centers should be take effective measures to training and the introduction of qualified, improve the quality and technology-ability of personnel in Yunnan Province, P.R China.
