社会性别关系对女用安全套可接受性的影响

Effects of Gender Relationship on Acceptability of the Female Condom Use in Female Sex Workers

目的探讨社会性别关系在女性性工作者中对女用安全套可接受性的影响,为女用安全套的应用推广和相关的健康教育提供科学依据.方法采用流行病学现场研究方法进行研究,以基线问卷、填写日记卡、问卷回访的方式对江川县158名CSW志愿人群进行24周的回访调查.结果商业性性行为中女用安全套的使用率不高,客人喜欢使用安全套的原因是多因素的.结论社会性别关系中女套的使用,客人的态度是不容忽视的因素之一,推广使用女用安全套的宣传教育和干预除在CSW人群中进行外,还应以客人为重点对象.

Objective To investigate effects of gender relationship on the usage, the acceptability and application of of female condom in female commercial sex workers （CSWs）. Methods Epidemiological research methods were used. Diary cards and a questionnaire was used to collect data. 158 CSWs were involved in this 24 weeks study in Jiangchuan County. Results The ratio of female condom usage in commercial sex was not high, because of the clients＇ attitude toward FC. There were many reasons effecting FC use in CSWs. Conclusion Gender relationship plays an important role in the use of female condom among CSWs. Improving use of FC should focus on not only education and intervention among female CSWs, but also the clients.
