临床应重视纤维肌痛综合征的诊治 被引量：1

摘要 纤维肌痛综合征（fibromyalgia syndrome，FMS）是一种以广泛慢性疼痛及有压痛点，同时伴随着疲劳及睡眠障碍的疾病。1904年Stockman首次描述这一疾病，一百多年来人们对它的认识及重视还非常粗浅。1944年Comroe报道FMS与精神心理因素相关，因该病的大多数症状都不能通过热敷、按摩和锻炼得到缓解，也不能像慢性疲劳综合征那样通过充足的睡眠得到改善。20世纪80年代，
