Exosomes及其在关节炎中的研究应用
摘要
1987年,Johnstone等首次发现分化中的红细胞可以分泌一些微粒,当时认为这是细胞排除无用成分的一种方式。1996年,B细胞亦被发现分泌相似的微粒,而且报道了这种微粒具有免疫原性。1998年,大量研究都发现来自小鼠树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DC)的微粒,具有调节免疫的功能。
