Wnt信号通路与类风湿关节炎发生研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 Wnt信号通路是细胞增殖分化的关键调控通路之一,从低等生物果蝇直至高等哺乳动物,其Wnt家族成员都具有高度的同源性。目前已知Wnt通路同胚胎发育、肿瘤发生有密切的联系,其相关研究一直是生命科学领域的研究热点,国内可见的Wnt的相关研究报告也为数不少,但是几乎都局限在各类肿瘤发生和Wnt信号通路调控方面。随着对Wnt研究的深入,近年来国外学者发现Wnt通路同类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)发生也有着密切的联系,本文就目前国外已有的关于Wnt和RA的研究作一综述。
