大青叶抗氧化能力的研究

Study on Antioxidant Activity of Isatis Indigotica

采用清除羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基法对大青叶抗氧化能力进行了研究。实验结果表明:大青叶对羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基均有较强的清除作用,其清除率与大青叶提取液浓度成正相关,说明大青叶具有较强的抗氧化能力,大青叶极可能是一种天然抗氧化剂的新资源。

Antioxidant activity of extracts from Isatis Indigotica was investigated with the method of scavenging hydroxyl and superoxide anion free radical. The results showed that the extracts from Isatis Indigotica have strong scavenging capacity and the scavenging rate increases with the increase of concentration of Isatis Indigotica, which indicated that Isatis Indigotica has strong antioxidant activity and it may be a new nature resource of antioxidant.
