液态芯片技术及其应用 被引量:3

摘要 液态芯片(liquid array)或液相芯片(liquid chip)也称悬浮芯片(suspension array),是20世纪70年代美国Luminex公司研制出的新一代生物芯片技术,利用带编码的微球体作为载体,流式细胞技术作为检测平台,对核酸、蛋白质等生物分子进行大规模测定。最早的报道是1977年Horan等将该技术用于免疫学检测。至今,该技术已广泛应用于免疫分析、核酸研究、酶学分析、抗体筛选及受体与配体的识别分析等领域。笔者就液态芯片的原理、特点以及在疾病诊断、病原体检测领域的应用进行综述。
