摘要
目的:探讨125I粒子永久性植入治疗腹部恶性肿瘤的方法及效果。方法:对45例腹部恶性肿瘤行125I粒子永久性植入,按肿瘤类型分为胰腺癌组18例,胃、结直肠癌组15例和肝癌组12例,对术后近期疗效进行分析。结果:45例经125I粒子永久性植入治疗后,肿瘤局部控制率达77.8%,疼痛缓解率为78.9%,术后生活质量评分从术前的50分提高到60分,术后症状缓解率为84.4%,且对血常规、肝肾功能的影响不大。结论:125I粒子永久性植入治疗腹部恶性肿瘤效果确切,具有安全、微创及并发症少等优点,值得推广应用。
Objective：To investigate permanent interstitial implantation of radiant 125 iodine for abdomen malignant tumor（advanced or recurrent）. Methods：A retrospective analysis was performed in 45 patients with abdomen malignant tumor, who received radiant 125 iodine implantation during August 2003 to August 2007. Among them, there were 18 cases of pancreatic cancer,15 cases of gastric or colon and rectal cancer and 12 cases of liver cancer. The postoperative therapeutic effect and complications of all cases were respectively analyzed after follow-up for 6 months. Results：The total local control rate of 45 cases was 77.8% , odynolysis rate was 78.9% , postoperative life quality scores increased from preoperative 50 to postoperative 60 and postoperative symptomatic relief rate was 84.4%. Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of permanent interstitial implantation of radiant 125 iodine for abdomen malignant tumor was affirmative and safe. It should be recommended.
