摘要
目的:研究trophinin在人子宫内膜、囊胚细胞上的表达与意义。方法:应用特异性单克隆抗体和免疫组化技术,对月经周期正常子宫内膜不同时期trophinin的表达进行检测,应用间接免疫荧光技术和激光扫描共聚焦显微镜对12个囊胚进行荧光检测。结果:trophinin蛋白表达于分泌期子宫内膜,分泌中期表达最强,且胚极表达强于壁极。结论:人囊胚细胞可能通过trophi-nin表达,与有相同黏附分子的"着床窗"期子宫内膜发生同种黏附,从而在人胚胎着床过程中起重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the significance and expression of trophinin in human cycling endometrium and blastocyst. Methods:The expression of trophinin in the endometrium was observed in 39 normal cycling women during different menstrual phases by immunohistochemical technique. The expression of trophinin in 12 blastula were detected by indirect immunofluoreseence technique with Laser scanning confocal microscope. Results:Trophinin was expressed in human endometrium of secretory phase, strongest in the endometrium of mid-secretory phase,which was expressed in the blastocyst as well and the polarity of the molecular expression was stronger than that of the polarity of the wall. Conclusion:Trophinin may play an important role in the course of human embryo implantation by mediating homophilic adhesion between human embryo and endometrium of "implantation window" phase.
