摘要
面对日趋激烈的市场竞争,企业需要制定正确的营销决策。文章提出了营销信息收集和营销数据分析是营销决策的科学保证,分析了商务智能的支撑技术包括数据仓库、数据挖掘、OLAP等,研究了商务智能在企业营销决策中的应用。
Facing on the intense market competition, right marketing decision-making must be made. This paper proposed that the collection and analysis of marketing data and information are the scientific guarantee of marketing decision-making, analysed that the key technologies supporting business intelligence include data warehousing, data mining and OLAP, researched the application of business intelligence in enterprise marketing decision-making.
