摘要
为满足信息系统工程建设监理需要,文章引入了目前项目管理中先进的EVM技术来进行进度成本的跟踪控制,给出了具备优化功能进度控制算法的设计及相关流程图。
To meet the needs of the information system engineering construction surveillance, this paper introduced the advanced EVM technology into the schedule and cost control, gave the design and the related flow chart of schedule control algorithm which has the optimized function.
