摘要
在椪柑果树上进行了沼液喷施和追肥试验。结果表明,与处理1(对照)相比,沼液可提高椪柑果树的座果率,增加单果重;单株产量增加44.05%-57.19%;可食率增加3.75%-8.04%;果肉中可溶性固形物含量增加8.16%-9.39%;总糖含量增加2.09%-21.05%;Vc含量增加2.12%-16.81%;总酸含量减少0.33-0.65个百分点。冷藏前后的固/酸和糖/酸都比对照高;大多数元素含量增加,有害重金属元素镉、铬、汞、铅、砷未检出。
The experiment of fertilization with biogas slurry was conducted for Pongan orange trees. The results showed that, compare with the contraste, the fruiting rate and average single fruit weight increased for biogas slurry fertilized orange tree, and production and edible portion were increased by 44.09% - 57.19% and 3.75% - 8.04% respectively. The nutrition quality analysis indicated that soluble solids of fruits for the biogas slurry fertilized trees increased by 8.16% -9.39%, total sugar increased by 2.09% - 21.05%, Vc increased by 2. 12% - 16.81, total acid were significantly lower than the contrast, and SS/acid ratio and total sugar/acid were higher than the contrast even after cold preservation. Most of detected elements in fruit rised up, the harmful heavy metals such as Cd, Cr, Hg, Pb and As were not detected.
