摘要
分析阐述了《造纸产业发展政策》中技术与装备部分的深刻内涵,从基层企业的角度,解读《政策》为造纸装备制造业确定的5大命题,从提高融资能力、确立人才优先发展战略、规范市场环境、发挥行业协会作用、整合资源方面提出了我国造纸装备制造业的发展对策。
The article analysed on the profound connotation of ＂technology and equipment＂ in the development policy of papermaking industry. As viewed from grassroots enterprises, it interpreted the five propositions for papermaking equipment manufacturing industry in ＂Policy＂ besed on the following aspects：increasing the ability of financial blend ;setting up peri- ority development strategy of talent;normalizing market environment;elaborating the role of industry association;comprehensive utilization of resources etc. , it proposed the development strategy and prospects of the development policy of papermaking equipment manufacturing.
