摘要
气力输送系统对电力、化工、食品处理、钢铁、冶金、建筑材料、机械制造、医药、饲料等行业部门的发展有直接的影响,分析和了解现状对其技术的提升意义重大。通过对现有的筒式气力输送、稀相气力输送、浓相动压气力输送、浓相静压栓流气力输送类型进行分析,对这些类型的气力输送的主要研究工作和最新进展予以评述,并从输送速度、能耗、耐磨性、稳定性、效率等方面进行比较,得出进一步发展浓相栓流气力输送,应是今后的主要趋势,并指出了浓相栓流气力输送存在的问题和发展方向。
The pneumatic conveying system has direct affection on the professional development as electrical power, Chemical engineering, food processing steel, metallurgy, architecture materials, medicine feed and so on, the analysis and knowledge of the status quo have significant influence on enhancement of its technology. Through the analysis of existing cylindric pneumatic conveying, dilute-phase pneumatic conveying, dense-phase dynamic-pressure pneumatic conveying and dense-phase static-pressure slugged flow pneumatic conveying, the paper reviewed the main research work and the up-to-date progress of these kinds of pneumatic conveying, compared their conveying velocity, energy consumption, wearability, stability and efficiency and so on thus concluded that the dense-phase static-pressure slugged flow pneumatic conveying will be the tendency for the future development. Lastly, the paper put forward the problem and development direction of dense-phase static-pressure slugged flow pneumatic conveying.
