Application of Model Predictive Control to Position Control of All Motor-driven Injection Molder

根据预测控制的基本原理和特点,设计了伺服控制系统的预测控制器,通过预测与PID控制进行仿真研究,结果表明预测控制能适应快速、高精度受控对象对控制算法的要求,具有较高的工程应用价值。

According to the basic principle and properties of the model predictive controller（MPC）, servo system used in MPC is designed. MPC and PID control simulation results show that MPC can meet the demands of rapid adaption, precise controlled objects to the control algorithm. With higher value of the project application,
