摘要
利用触摸屏,PLC与变频器控制技术实现工艺参数输入修改、逻辑控制、负载驱动及运行显示,使瓶刷生产自动化。步进控制编程方法简化PLC控制程序,同时,使用主控指令、条件指令与特殊辅助继电器解决了步进控制中暂停后恢复控制的程序设计问题。
Using touch screen, PLC and inverter technique to realize automatic bottle brush machine with the aid of display of processing parameters imput and revised, logic control, loading driven and running. The stepping sequence control program method simplifies PLC control program, at the same time,using main control instruction conditional instruction and special auxiliary relay solve the recovering control program design after pausing in stepping sequence control.
