摘要
在线材、纤维、造纸、塑料及金属镀膜工业中,对线状、带状及面状弹性材料卷取张力的控制是关系到产品质量的关键技术。介绍了系统控制方案以及实现方法,该方法克服了原设备张力控制板采用传统PI控制方法的缺点,有效地减弱了张力控制系统中速度和张力之间的耦合作用。实验结果表明,应用该种控制器对张力控制系统进行在线控制时,系统工作稳定,控制效果显著。
The rolling and taking tension control of liner, zonary and facial elastic material are the key point technology concerned to product quality used in cable, fiber, papermaking, plastics and metals electroplating industrial production. This article introduced the control project. The approach overcame the disadvantages of original facility which tension control had adopted traditional PI control approach, and effectively reduced the conjugated function between speed and tension in tension control system. The results of experiment show that on line control, using such controller in the tension control sys- tem, the system wooks in stability with obvious control effect.
