摘要
为了使带式输送机更灵活地应用于货场堆料、码头装卸、自动布料等领域,设计出双向可伸缩式皮带输送机。该输送机融合了双变幅式皮带输送机和伸缩式皮带输送机的优点,采用传动性能稳定的螺旋传动实现机架的自由变幅和伸缩架与固定架承载面无高差的伸缩机构使物料平稳输送,并对该机进行了初步的设计计算及理论验证。
In order to use belt conveyor more flexible to stack material in the freight yard, load and unload, automatic distribution and so on ,this conveyor merged the advantages of dual-tangs belt conveyor and telescopic belt conveyor, into spiral drive with stable transmission properties thus realized free variable range in frame and without bearing suoface elevation difference of telescopic and ftxedframe and makes transport stable. The paper also carried out a preliminary design calculation with theoretical prove.
