协同设计中基于XML语言和STEP标准的产品数据交换技术 被引量:3

摘要 在网络化协同制造环境下,为解决异地异构信息交换问题,有效实现各成员企业协同设计,需要开发统一的产品信息集成规范。在比较各种交换技术的基础上,提出了以STEP(Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Data产品模型数据交换标准)国际标准作为中性机制,以XML(eXtensible Markup Language可扩展标记语言)作为产品信息模型传递语言,来解决异构信息系统在网络上的集成问题,讨论了EXPRESS语言向XML模型映射的规则与方法,对网络环境下基于STEP和XML的产品数据交换、共享与集成做了有意义的研究和探索。 In Web based collaborative manufacturing environment, in order to solve the information exchange problem caused by heterogeneous CAD systems located in different places, and to realize collaborative design among cooperative members, there's in need to develop uniform product information integration specification. Based on the comparison of different exchange technologies, the paper put forward a method by using STEP as neutral mechanism and applying XML as the carrier for product information model transmission through Internet. Regulations and methods for mapping from EX- PRESS to XML were discussed in the paper. Research and exploration on XML/STEP-based product data exchange, data sharing and information integration under Web based collaborative manufacturing environment were done in the paper.
