摘要
文章通过对印制电路板主要生产工艺简介和产污环节分析,明确了污染源,从而提出了在生产线上的具体节水措施和减少物耗的办法,同时对新的废水末端治理回用技术进行了介绍,以期帮助印制电路板生产企业进一步搞好清洁生产,并早日成为"节水型企业"和"国家环境友好企业"。
By introducing to the manufacturing process and analyzing the pollution chain, the origin of pollution in printed wiring board manufacturing is determined, and the measures for water saving, material consumption reducing are proposed. Meanwhile, new waste water end treatment and reusing technic is introduced to help printed wiring board manufacturers to improve their clean production, and to become a ＂Water Saving Enterprise＂ and a ＂China Environment Friendly Enterprise＂.
