乳铁蛋白是一种铁结合性糖蛋白,广泛存在于哺乳动物的分泌物中。研究表明,乳铁蛋白具有多种生物学功能。本文就牛奶中乳铁蛋白含量的影响因素及其基因调控特点方面的研究做简要综述。

The lactoferrin, an iron-binding glycoprotein, exits widely in secretions of mammals. It is reported that lactoferrin has many physiological functions. Some researches of the concentration of lactoferrin in milk and the gene expression regulating mechanism were reviewed in this paper.
