胶束增敏荧光光度法测定苯甲酸雌二醇的研究

Study on the Determination of Estradiol Benzoate by Micellar Enhanced Spectrofluorimetry

本文报道了高灵敏度荧光增效法测定苯甲酸雌二醇（ＥＢ）的新方法。在表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵（ＣＴＭＡＢ）存在下，测定下限为４．０×１０－９ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１，线性范围为４．２×１０－９～３．８×１０－６ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１。本法应用于样品中苯甲酸雌二醇的测定，结果满意。

A simple and highly sensitive fluorescent synergistic method for the determination of estradiol benzoate is reported. In the prescence of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB), the detection limit is 4.0×10 -9 mol·L -1 , the linear range is 4.2×10 -9 mol·L -1 ～3.8×10 -6 mol·L -1 . This method has been successfully applied to the determination of estradiol benzoate in injection with satisfactory results.
