腹膜后巨大恶性纤维组织细胞瘤术后复发再切除一例

摘要
患者男，40岁，因腹膜后肿瘤切除术后近7年，复查发现腹膜后占位于2007年1月15日入院。患者曾于2000年2月因发现右上腹巨大包块入我院，术前行上腹部增强磁共振（MRI）（图1）提示肝右叶可见一巨大分叶形占位，大小约10．8cm×12．6cm，在T1加权上呈不均匀低信号，1、2加权部分呈高低？昆杂信号，部分呈极高信号，增强扫描动脉期肿瘤强化不明显，延迟期肿瘤绝大部分均呈不均匀较明显强化，诊断为右肝癌。
