基于模糊集理论的石泉水库分期汛限水位确定 被引量:8

摘要 在模糊集理论的基础上依据模糊统计方法计算了石泉水库汛期逐日的经验隶属度,按其线形进行参数曲线拟合求得理论隶属函数和理论隶属度。通过对经验和理论隶属度的对比,确定了汛期的实际隶属度。依此对石泉水库汛期进行模糊划分求得石泉水库汛期各天的模糊控制水位。与现行防洪限制水位进行对比分析表明,该法可有效缩短主汛期历时、分期提高汛限水位、减少汛期弃水量、增大水库汛后蓄满几率,进而较好地解决防洪与兴利的矛盾。 Based on fuzzy set theory the everyday experimentation membership grade of Shiquan reservoir was calculated in flood season using fuzzy statistics method. According to their curves, the parametric curve fitting method was used to get the membership function and the experimentation membership grade. Comparing the experimentation membership grade with the fitting membership grade, the practical membership grade was decided. Then, the flood season of Shiquan reservoir was fuzzy parted, and the everyday fuzzy control level was got in flood season, compared with the nowused flood limited level, it can shorten the time of main flood season effectively, raise flood limited level seasonally, reduce surplus water in flood season, and increase the probability of full water storage after flood season, then the contradiction between flood control and benefit was solved well by determination of flood limited level based on fuzzy set theory.
