摘要
基于GIS平台,采用ArcGIS Engine和Visual Basic语言设计,结合清江隔河岩水电工程研制并开发了大坝安全监控信息管理系统,提高了对大坝基础性状监测数据的实时提取分析能力,实现了大坝安全监控的信息化及可视化管理。
Based on GIS,with Geheyan hydropower project, a management system of dam safety monitoring information is established by use of ArcGIS Engine and Visual Basic. This system improves the ability of real-time acquisition and inquiry of the dam and foundation characteristic monitoring data. Meanwhile, it realizes the monitoring management informatization and visualization.
