摘要
针对目前铁路电力保护仅限于现有传统保护,而基于故障产生的高频暂态量的35 kV铁路输电线路保护具有响应快、准确度高、不受工频振荡、过渡电阻等影响的特点,分析了故障产生的高频暂态量的原因及特点,综述了基于暂态量保护的发展和现状,结合新技术的应用探讨了基于暂态量保护的发展前景。
At the present time, the relay protections for railway power system of China are almost typical types. But 35kV railway transmission line protections based on fault-generated high frequency transients have characters of fast response and high accuracy, not affected by power frequency phenomena such as power swing and fault path impedance. According to the references, this paper introduces the mechanism and characters of fault-generated high frequency transients, summarizes the development and the current usage of transient based protection, and analyzes the problems in current transient protection schemes. Combined with the usage of new technologies in railway power system, this paper discusses the future of transient based protection.
