摘要
应用胶体化学的方法,在溶液中合成了Ⅱ-Ⅵ族化合物—CdSe,CdTe纳米晶粒.紫外-可见光吸收谱(ABS)和光致荧光谱(PL)显示Ⅱ-Ⅵ族纳米晶粒具有良好的单分散性.在室温下利用双功能分子在S i衬底表面组装了Ⅱ-Ⅵ族纳米晶粒,原子力显微镜图像和接触角实验证实,Ⅱ-Ⅵ族纳米晶粒已经自组装到了S i衬底表面,并且表面比较平整,纳米晶粒分布均匀.
The Ⅱ-Ⅳ compound nanocrystals CdSe and CdTe were synthesized in a solution by using a colloid chemistry method. The results of the ultraviolet-visible absorption and the photoluminescence spectra indicate that the nanocrystals have a good monodispersity. These nanocrystals were assembled on Si substrate by bifunctional linker molecule at room tem- perature. The results of atomic force microscopy analysis and contact-angle measurements confirm that the nanocrystals of uniform sizes are bound to Si substrate. The surface is smooth and the nanocrystals have uniform distributions.
