中西药治疗大鼠酒精性脂肪肝的疗效观察及病理分析

Observation on the curative effect of compound Chinese herb and western medicine on alcoholic fatty liver in rats and the pathological analysis

目的观察并比较中药复方清肝饮和西药阿托莫兰治疗大鼠酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法选择雄性Wistar大鼠40只,采用"普通固体饲料+酒精灌胃法"建立大鼠酒精性脂肪肝模型。随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、西药治疗组和中药治疗组,各组分别给予相应的处理,测定治疗前后的血清谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT),结合肝组织切片和电镜技术观察判断疗效。结果中药治疗组比西药治疗组更能降低血清AST和ALT的活性,病理学改变可得到显著性改变。结论中药清肝饮比西药阿托莫兰(还原型谷胱甘肽,GSH)治疗大鼠酒精性脂肪肝疗效更显著。

Objective It is to observe the therapeutic effect of a compound Chinese herb （Qinggan decoction） and Glutatbione on alcoholic fatty liver in rats. Methods 40 male Wistar rats were chosen and made to models of alcoholic fatty liver via alcohol lavage and feeding solid diet. Then the rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, including normal group, model group, group treated with Qinggan decoction, and group treated with Glutatbione. Each group was given the corresponding treatment. Then the biochemistry indices of AST and ALT were determined and analyzed, combining with pathological analysis and electron microscope observation to evaluate curative effect. Results Compared with other groups, the levels of serum AST and ALT in group treated with Qinggan decoction were obviously lower （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the pathological changes were improved significantly. Conclusion Compound Chinese herb Qinggan decoction has a better curative effect than Glutatbione on alcoholic fatty liver in rats.
