去甲万古霉素在耐青霉素肺炎链球菌引起的兔脑膜炎中的药代动力学研究

摘要 目的了解去甲万古霉素在脑膜炎模型中的脑脊液透过率及其他药代动力学参数。方法脑膜炎模型的建立参照了Dacey和Sande的方法并做了改进。然后模型给予不同剂量的去甲万古霉素静脉注射,抗生素浓度的测定采用微生物法。结果在耐青霉素肺炎链球菌致脑膜炎的兔模型中,去甲万古霉素的脑脊液透过率为19.6%,与万古霉素相似。结论去甲万古霉素是治疗耐青霉素肺炎链球菌引起的脑膜炎的理想药物。 Objective It is to investigate the filterability of Norvancomycin in cerebrospinal fluid and other pharmacokinetic indexes in meningitis models of rabbits. Methods The making method of rabbit meningitis models was referred to Dacey and Sande's method, and was slightly improved. The models were given Norvancomycin of different dosage by intravenous injection. Antibiotic concentrations were determined by agar diffusion method. Results The filterability of Norvancomycin in cerebrospinal fluid in meningitis model of rabbit was 19.6 %, which was similar to Vancomycin. Conclusion Norvancomycin is an ideal drug to treat for meningitis caused by penicillin-resistant pneumococcus.
