摘要
轮毂轴承是汽车的关键零部件之一。首先提出了具有普遍性的建立轮毂轴承整体三维有限元接触分析模型的准则,而后以某载重汽车用轮毂轴承为例验证了建模准则的有效性。对该轮毂轴承的有限元计算结果进行了详细分析,建模规则和结果本身对于轮毂轴承的设计与生产具有重要参考价值。
Hub unit bearing is one of the key parts for automobiles. Several generally applicable principles are presented for the construction of a whole finite element contact model of hub unit bearings. The validity of these principles is testified by constructing the finite element model of a hub unit bearing used in heavy loaded trucks. The calculation results are discussed in detail These principles, results and analysis are of great value for the design and manufacturing of hub unit bearings.
