摘要
对NGWN型行星齿轮机构实现大传动比时齿轮齿数选择的规律进行了分析,推导出简化公式,为齿数的设计提供了较大方便,并通过实例对该轮系作为减速机构在汽车后视镜电动调节机构中的设计应用作了介绍。实例设计表明,简化公式使该机构中齿轮齿数的快速选择成为可能,它对机构的结构优化设计具有指导意义。
It analyses the design method of teeth number for NGWN planetary gear transmission, deriving new formulas which provide great convenient for the gear design. It also gives a design sample of rear-view mirrors "adjuster which uses the NGWN mechanism. The results of the design example indicate that we can select the teeth number quickly by the new formulas, which can guide the mechanism's optimal design.
