摘要
应用Ls-dyna软件,按照ECER29法规《关于就商用车驾驶室乘员保护批准车辆的统一规定》中商用车驾驶室的试验方法和性能要求,对国内某一设计开发中的轻型卡车的驾驶室分别进行了顶盖和后围安全性计算机仿真。根据仿真结果,观察驾驶室变形情况和人的生存空间,为车身开发和安全性设计提供参考和指导。
A c ump ute r simulation of security on the roof and rear-wall of a light truck cab is carried out using Ls-dyna software in accordance with ECER29"Uniform Provisions Concerning the Approval of Vehicles with Regard to t he Protection of the Occupants oft he Cab of a Commercial Vehicle".The simulation results shows the cab deformability and the leaving occupant space. This offers reference and instruction to the development and security design of vehicle body.
