摘要
分析了药品冻干机自动装卸料系统功能,给出了设计方案,讨论了功能实现方法。采用模块化设计思想,设计了系统总体结构,对各个机构功能和实现方法做了简要分析,对控制系统进行了较详细的研究。选择西门子S7-300PLC为控制器,设计了系统硬件结构。阐述了系统软件设计方法、设计过程,编写了PLC控制系统程序,实现了整个自动装卸料过程的自动控制。
It analyzed the function of the loading and unloading system m vacuum-freeze aryer. The scheme and implementation was discussed The overall structure was designed by modular design. The function and implement method was introduced The control system was studied in detail The hardware system was composed by S7-300 PLC. The design method and process of software system was elaborated. The PLC program was programmed which can realized the auto control to the system.
