摘要
针对工艺流程决策的智能化程度低、通用性差等问题,提出一种基于回转类零件工艺条件的分层和分级的创成型CAPP系统开发方法。采用专家系统技术构建了工艺流程创成系统结构,按总体信息层、特征层和特征属性层建立零件的信息模型,按照工艺创成要求建立了工艺知识模型和工艺规则集,结合创成过程建立了三级工艺流程的推理机制,实现了回转类零件工艺流程的创成。最后结合零件实例,验证了工艺流程创成系统的效果。
Since a process planning decision-making is low in intelligence and in common currency, a hierarchy and classification development method for creative CAPP system is proposed based on rotary workpiece technical conditions. A process planning creative generation system structure is built by expert system technology, a workpiece information model is established by collectivity layer, feature layer and feature attribute layer, some technical knowledge model and technical muster are built with the process creative generation demands, a three-class reasoning-making mechanism is also set up combining the princess creative generation, then the process planning for rotary workpiece is generated in creativity. At last, a effect of the process planning creative generation system is validated by a example.
