摘要
简单介绍了液控单向阀的传统平衡回路。分析了较大吨位动梁条件下,平衡回路中液控单向阀的控制口与主油缸回路相连接,动梁下降时,会产生强烈振动和动梁不能正常下降工作的原因,以及所造成的危害。并提出较大吨位动梁条件下,在平衡回路中,液控单向阀的控制口取油不能与主油缸回路相连接,以及解决液控单向阀的控制口取油的方法。
It briefly introduces and analyzes the reason and the typical balance circuit equipped with hydraulic control check valve under the condition of moving beam with large-tonnage caused by strong vibration and abnormal decrease of moving beam in the event that its control orifice of hydraulic checked valve connects with the circuit of main oil cylinder in balance circuit. It also makes a solution on oil extraction at control orifice through hydraulic control checked valve, preventing that control orifice of hydraulic control check valve from the connection with circuit of main oil cylinder in balance circuit under the condition of moving beam with large-tonnage.
