摘要 介绍了非圆孔数控镗削系统中通信实现方法。计算机跟踪主轴转动控制基于压电陶瓷磁镗刀微位移机构作同步径向运动。控制计算机参与主轴旋转,通过无线接口与地面PC机进行通讯。 It introduced a way to implemental information exchange noncircular numeric controlled boring system.A MCU controls the tool pin driven by the PZT actuator to attain radial microdisplacement in accordance with the rotation angle of the spindle. The MCU is located in the spindle. A wireless transmitter is used to communicate between MCU and main controller of the system.
