Fast Motion Estimation Algorithm for Real-Time Monitoring Scene

摘要 提出了一种适用于监控场景的快速运动估计算法,该算法能够利用监控领域背景相对固定的特点,使用多种高效的提前截止准则,并使用预测技术自适应调整搜索起点。实验结果表明,在保持图像质量不变的情况下,该算法的搜索速度比目前最快的PMVFAST算法提高了近40%,适合于实时监控领域的应用。 A fast motion estimation algorithm for monitoring scene was proposed. Based on the characteristic that the background of monitoring scene was unchanged, this algorithm adopts many effecti, e stop rules, uses prediction technique to adjust search origin to approach the whole optimized position . Experiments show that this algorithm improves the searching speed by up to 40% , as compared to the PMVFAST algorithm. It fits applications of real-time monitoring scene.
