行波管的非线性分析及一种新型的线性化方法研究

摘要 文章讨论了行波管放大器的非线性特性,研究了预失真和前馈线性化技术,提出一种利用预失真与前馈法相结合的新方法来对行波管进行线性化。最后用射频电路仿真软件ADS对预失真与前馈法相结合的方法进行仿真验证,得出仿真结果较好,对行波管线性化器的研究与实现有较大的参考和实用价值。 The nonlinear characteristic of TWTA has been analyzed in this paper, some linearization techniques have been studied such as predistortion and feedforward technology, and a novel method has been proposed which uses predistortion and feedforward technology to make TWTA linear. At last, this paper shows and validates the result of the novel method of predistortion and feedforward with RF circuit simulation software ADS. The result provides important reference and practical value for the design of linearization technique used on TWTA.
