几丁糖和海藻酸在战创伤敷料中的应用现状和研究展望 被引量:8

摘要 几丁质(chitin)又名甲壳质(poly-β-N-acetyl-D—glucosamine),是一种广泛存在于自然界虾、蟹外壳中的天然高分子化合物,化学名称为N.已酰氨基葡萄糖多聚体,经脱已酰基后,衍生为氨基葡萄糖,即几丁糖(壳聚糖chitosan)。一般认为脱乙酰度在70%以上时,称为壳聚糖,脱乙酰度在20%以下时称为甲壳质。因此几丁糖实际是一种含有N-acetyl-D-glucosamine单体和D-glucosamine单体的线性盒状共聚物。几丁质及几丁糖具有无毒性、无刺激性、无免疫抗原性、无热源性、不溶血、无致突变及致死性反应,
