抗组胺和抗白三烯药物治疗变应性鼻炎 被引量：4

摘要 变应性鼻炎患者约占工业化国家人口的20％，在我国中心城市的自报患病率达12％。变应性鼻炎的主要症状有鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕和鼻塞。不同类型变应性鼻炎患者的临床症状有所不同，例如：常年性变应性鼻炎的主要症状是鼻塞，而季节性变应性鼻炎的主要症状是喷嚏和流涕。同一类型变应性鼻炎的不同时期，临床症状也有差别，速发相阶段的主诉以鼻痒、喷嚏和流涕为主，
