G827/5224和G803/5224碳纤维增强环氧树脂湿热老化的研究 被引量:19

摘要 用去离子水浸泡研究了高温固化碳纤维/环氧树脂基复合材料G827/5224、G803/5224的吸湿特性和吸湿机理,发现该复合材料的吸湿行为符合两阶段吸湿模式,考察了湿热老化对G827/5224、G803/5224复合材料静动态力学性能的影响,发现吸湿对复合材料的后固化有促进作用。 The character and mechanism of moisture absorption of high temperature-cured carbon fiber / epoxy composites G827/ 5224 and G803/5224 was studied with distilled water immersion method. It was found that the composites display a two - stage moisture absorption model The influence of hydrothermal aging on static and dynamic mechanical properties of composites was observed. It was found that moisture absorption can promote post cure reaction.
