摘要
目的检测寻常型银屑病皮损中磷酸化信号转导和转录激活因子3(P-STAT3)及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2的表达并探讨其相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测20例寻常型银屑病皮损和8例正常皮肤组织中P-STAT3和MMP-2的表达。结果与正常对照组相比,寻常型银屑病皮损中P-STAT3和MMP-2的表达明显上调(P<0.001)。银屑病患者P-STAT3表达和MMP-2表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论STAT3信号途径可能在银屑病的发病机制中起作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of and association between phosphorylated signal transducer and activator of transcription-3 and MMP-2 in lesion of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Immunohistochemical stain was used to detect the expression of P-STAT3 and MMP-2 in the skin lesion of 20 patients with psoriasis and 10 normal skin. Result The expression of P-STAT3 and MMP-2 were significantly higher in the lesions than those in the controls (P〈 0.01 ). Positive correlation was found between the expression of the two factors. Conclusion The STAT3 signaling pathway may participate in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
