摘要
本文以丙烯酸为原料,采用反相悬浮聚合法合成高吸水树脂。研制出一种新型分散剂,解决了在反应中聚合物粘槽,不呈颗粒及后处理困难等问题。考察了中和度、单体浓度、引发剂、交联剂、分散剂用量、油水比、搅拌速度,反应温度对聚合反应和树脂性能的影响。通过正交试验优选出物料的最佳配比,使制备的树脂吸水速度快,吸水倍数高。
In this paper,a super absorbent resin that used acrylic acid as raw material and was synthetized by means of inverse-phase suspension polymerization was studied. A novel dispersant was synthetized. The problems that the polymer adhere the reactor and aren′t easily treated was solved. The relation between the reaction, the properties of resin and the degree of neutralization. The concentration of the acrylic acid, the amount of initiator, crosslinking agent, dispersant, the ratio solvent to water phase, agitate rate as well as reaction temperature were chiefly inspected. The best materials ratio were chosen by orthogonal experiment. The resins have quicky absorb rate and high water absorption capacties.
