摘要
研究了由柑青醛合成柑青醇、α-甲基柑青醇、α-乙基柑青醇以及它们的乙酸酯和丙酸酯共9种化合物,其中有7种化合物尚未见报道,用元素分析和红外光谱证实了所合成化合物的结构,并评定了香气特征.
Myrac alcohol,α methyl myrac, and α ethyl myrac alcohol are prepared from myrac aldehyde. Acetate and propionate of them are then synthesized by acylation and esterification. The molecular structures of the nine products,seven of which have not been reported hitherto, are verified through IR and element analysis. And their respective fragrance characteristics are evaluated in this paper.
