交流电预处理对铁低温渗氮的影响

摘要 通过对铁进行交流电表面纳米化预处理,可以使其在较低的温度下成功渗氮。渗氮温度与传统的气体渗氮相比降低了200℃。具有纳米结构表面层的纯铁试样在渗氮处理中的渗氮性能得到了显著的提高,以至于渗氮可以在300℃的低温进行。描述了表面纳米化预处理对铁渗氮的活化机理,讨论了交流电预处理使金属表面纳米化的方法。 Iron by the surface nanocrystalline pretreatment with alternating current could be successfully nitrided at low temperature,which is decreased by 200℃ compared with the conventional gaseous nitriding temperature. The nitriding kinetics of the treated iron with the nanostructured surface layer are greatly enhanced, so that the nitriding temperature could be as low as 300℃. The activation mechanism of the surface nanocrystalline pretreatment in nitriding of iron is described. Iron by the surface nanocrystalline pretreatment with alternating current is discussed.
